BIO:

My family has been in Maryland for 4 generations. Most of that time we lived in Fells point in Baltimore city. My great-grandparents came to fells point from Poland in the 1890’s. My grandparents, Andrew & Alekzandra Muczynski where married at Holy Rosary Church. Andrew worked at continental can company where he retired in the 1960’s. Four generations of my family lived on Ann Street.

My Parents Joseph & Rita Werner where married at Holy Rosary Church. I was baptized at Holy Rosary Church in 1960.

I Grew up in east Baltimore, attending elementary school at Sacred Heart Of Mary. Sacred Heart of Mary Church is where I made my First confession, First Holy Communion and Conformation.

For 9th grade I went to Arch Bishop Curly High School. The Family moved to Harford County in 1976. I attended Bel Air high School graduating in 1979.

My first college experience was at Harford Community College. I then transferred to Towson University. I graduated with a B.S. in mass communication in 1985.

In the summer of 1983 lever brothers had a college jobs program for children of employees. I got to work with my father and learn what factory work was like. I joined the union.

Between 1993 and 1996 I attended the District of Columbia school of Law. In 1994 I spent the summer in Paris, France at the University of San Diego school of Law summer program. I studied International Law.

I was admitted to the Florida bar 1997, District of Columbia bar 1998, U.S. District Court for Maryland 1998.

I am a partner with The Washington, D.C law Firm of Richardson & Werner.
